The Renewable and Sustainable Energy Lab at the Technical University of Crete (ReSEL@TUC) announces the upcoming Online Workshop series on Material Sustainability and Cultural Heritage patents, organized in the frame of the HI-EURECA-PRO project. Three engaging modules offer comprehensive insights into the intersection of material sustainability and cultural heritage and have been designed for attendees interested in sustainability, innovation, and heritage preservation.

🎯 Objectives
This webinar will highlight the challenges and opportunities related to the preservation of cultural heritage, while presenting a comprehensive sustainability methodology that encompasses environmental, social, and economic dimensions. In addition, the integration of sustainable policies into the cultural heritage management practices at the Cultural Heritage Demonstration Site will be outlined.
Throughout the workshop, the concepts of innovation and sustainability in the field of cultural heritage will be analyzed, and the key activities of the HI-EURECA-PRO project will be presented. At the same time, participants will explore the role of sustainability in cultural heritage preservation, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
