Deliverable D1.1 – Evaluation and Monitoring Framework

Summary of Deliverable D1.1 – Evaluation and Monitoring Framework

Deliverable D1.1 presents the Evaluation and Monitoring Framework developed for the HI-EURECA-PRO project. It provides a flexible and structured system to assess activities at the industrial, cultural, and mining heritage demo sites. Grounded in ethical principles such as sustainability, transparency, and inclusivity, the framework uses both qualitative and quantitative tools to measure impact. Key components include surveys, quizzes, interviews, participatory evaluations, and an online dashboard that supports real-time monitoring. The evaluation focuses on scientific, educational, and societal dimensions, and is aligned with the project’s strategic objectives and European priorities.

A core ambition of the deliverable is to produce a methodology that is both usable by the project teams and transferable to future heritage and education-based initiatives. Evaluation results aim to support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer across the consortium. The dashboard enables feedback loops, enhancing the capacity for adaptive learning and collaboration among partners. From a personal perspective as an educator, this framework is also designed to generate meaningful data that contributes to the scientific and educational dimensions of the project.
